Coos Bay is a tall bearded iris inspired by the vibrant colors of the Southern Oregon coastal city it's named after. This striking variety showcases at least six distinct colors, creating a lively and complex palette. Pristine white standards are accented with broad canary yellow patches, while the flaring falls feature a dominant red hue. Red also appears as stamping on the hafts and forms a spider-like web pattern over the blue-purple falls, with additional red highlights near the base. White returns in a bright star pattern surrounding the lemon-tipped beards. This iris offers a subtle fragrance, making it a captivating addition to any garden.
